Founder & President
Alex Brehier started The Las Olas Network in 2019, fueled by an innate desire to improve the status quo, and his intention to offer a lean and agile solution to organizations looking for a consultative partner for their talent solutions. Having spent several years working for a firm under the traditional search and staffing model, Alex felt the need in the market to offer a hands-on service to companies that need more than qualified candidates. Since founding the The Las Olas Network, Alex has utilized his decade worth of industry experience to help high-growth organizations understand the talent market and how they can best position their organizations to achieve their hiring goals. Outside of work, Alex devotes his time to his family, community, and traveling – living up to his adage that there are no failures in life, only victories and experiences.
Dave Johnson joined The Las Olas Network in 2022. Bringing to the table 12 years’ experience as an investment banker, private equity investor, and healthcare corporate development executive, Dave has developed a keen eye for talent-opportunity fit. He has closed over 20 M&A transactions cumulatively representing over $1.2 billion in enterprise value, and taken part in transforming multiple organizations under private equity ownership. Accordingly, he appreciates the team characteristics that enable success in the context of a private equity venture, and articulates opportunities in language that resonates with candidates. In his personal time, Dave enjoys playing with his daughters, performing stand-up comedy, and staying physically active.
Courtney began her career at Hayes Locums as a Physician Consultant, with an emphasis in Anesthesiology, Cardiology, and Neurology. A job that began with a passion in science, grew into building ongoing relationships, and bridging the gap in healthcare with talented professionals. At The Las Olas Network, Courtney utilizing her years in consulting and aids in all efforts associated with the sourcing, assessment, and placement of candidates. Courtney is an avid sports fan, who spends her time outside of work exploring new experiences, enjoying music, and growing her sports cards collection.
Camila started her career at Deloitte as an Associate within their Human Capital Advisory Services, completing projects focused on nationwide compensation assessments, Human Capital restructuring, and the implementation of Ethical Complaints Channels. Since her time at Deloitte, Camila has focused on building her career around the theoretical approach to Jungian Psychotherapy and the relationship between professional and personal fulfillment. At The Las Olas Network, Camila leads all efforts associated with the psychological assessment of candidates for their Retained Search Services, as well as initial candidates sourcing and assessment. Outside of work, Camila spends her time studying psychology, competing in Cross-Fit, and performing internationally as an Axie singer.
